Delivery:
The vast majority of the products on the oomtoo.com site are delivered by An Post and are normally despatched within 24 hours during business days.
Most of the larger items are delivered by courier Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
If there are any issues with the despatch of your order I will email you as soon as I can with the details.
Returns:
I am happy for customers to return items which are unsuitable or not required provided they are in a salable condition. If returning items which have been delivered to you by post, then post them back to:

PLEASE ensure that you pay the complete postage when returning any items.
Most countries will provide a proof of posting certificate from that is free and provides limited cover for loss or damage to post.
Postage and Courier charges are not refundable.
I will only guarantee to refund for items returned within thirty days of purchase although I will refund for items returned after this date at my discretion.
Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase is easy, simply add the products you would like to the cart and proceed to the checkout. You can pay with a PayPal account, and also with cards through stripe.
I make every effort to ensure that prices on the web site oomtoo.com are correct, however if there is an error then I will inform the purchaser and verify if they would like to proceed with their order.
You will receive update emails when changes to the status of your order are made.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that they supply a valid and correct delivery address.

I do not store or process any card details.

Other than supplying your details to couriers or other companies essential to the delivery of your order I do not share information with any other company.
Taxes:
For orders made from the European Union, VAT is added at the rate applicable at the time of purchase.
I do not charge Tax on orders out with the European Union. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any taxes that apply in their own country.
Customers in Jersey and other channel islands should note that for tax purposes they are not part of the United Kingdom and I have set up separate countries for these regions.
Discrepancies, Damages and Undelivered Orders:
Notifications of discrepancies, damages or orders not received must be made to me in writing (email) within 30 days of purchase.
For goods which are damaged, contact me and I will have them replaced. I may ask you to return the damaged items for inspection.
I will refund or re-despatch goods which have not been delivered within 15 days for Republic of Ireland post code areas and 25 days for all other countries.
I reserve the right to refund or resend if I am not notified within 30 days of purchase or the delivery address is incorrect.
Digital Content:
If you buy any physical product from oomtoo, you will get access to all digital content including additional text, photos and videos. If you purchase access to oomtoo, then, once payment has been received, simply log into your account and all content will be viewable.
Access to digital content, either as a result of buying a physical product, or purchase of oomtoo gives the purchaser and only the purchaser access to the digital content strictly for their own personal use.
Resale either in part or in full of digital content is strictly prohibited and will breach this agreement.

Safety Advice:

If you are working on a construction site, then ensure you abide by any safety requirements of that site such as safety equipment, hard hats, gloves and steel toe cap boots.
Likewise, construction sites may have permit systems and area controls which should be adhered to.
Use safety equipment required by legislation and or regulation.
